Congresso Internacional “Do reino das sombras: figurações da morte”.

"Na sequência de duas iniciativas anteriores do Centro de Estudos Filosóficos e Humanísticos da Faculdade de Filosofia de Braga (o Colóquio Interdisciplinar A Expressão Mítica dos Afectos, em 2009, e o Colóquio Internacional Interdisciplinar “Mitos e heróis: a expressão do imaginário”, em 2010), e produto do mesmo desejo de promover e aprofundar uma reflexão crítica estimulante sobre a permanência e repercussão do imaginário mítico da Antiguidade Clássica na Literatura e na Cultura Ocidentais de todos os tempos, a Linha de Investigação em Estudos de Literatura e Cultura da mesma instituição vem agora propor à comunidade académica, entre os dias 25 e 27 de Outubro de 2012, a realização do Congresso Internacional “Do reino das sombras: figurações da morte”.

O tema do Congresso, estruturado a partir da conjugação interdisciplinar de múltiplos âmbitos de investigação (Estudos Clássicos, Estudos Literários e Linguísticos, Filosofia, Psicologia, História, Teologia, Estudos Artísticos e Culturais), pretende reflectir sobre duas linhas temáticas essenciais:

1-As narrativas acerca da morte na Antiguidade Greco-Latina, quer na sua versão mítica, quer histórica
2- As reinterpretações literárias, filosóficas, psicológicas e artísticas de mitos e narrativas sobre a morte, quer em autores antigos quer em autores posteriores.

A Comissão Organizadora começou já a divulgar toda a informação relativa ao evento, e a receber, nos endereços electrónicos oficiais (do Colóquio mitosemorte2012@gmail.com ou da coordenadora appinto@braga.ucp.pt ), em formato Word, RTF, ou PDF, os resumos de eventuais comunicações paralelas, que, sem excederem as 500 palavras, explicitem claramente objectivos e questões do enquadramento teórico, dados e resultados esperados.

O prazo limite previsto para a submissão dos resumos é o dia 25 de Maio de 2012.

Propõe-se como data de notificação dos resultados aos conferencistas inscritos o dia 25 de Junho de 2012, depois de os membros da Comissão Científica terem tido ocasião de avaliar anonimamente os resumos das conferências relativas aos seus respectivos âmbitos de investigação".

Territórios Megalíticos: Monforte - Anta de Vale Romeiras 1

Monumento megalítico funerário com câmara com 6 esteios in situ (5 deles amputados), 1 esteio tombado para Este. A cabeceira é formada por 2 esteios. A câmara apresenta uma depressão do lado Sul.

Medidas câmara: 3m sentido E/W; 3,51m no sentido N/S.

Do corredor são apenas visíveis e esteios do lado Sul e 1 esteio do lado Norte.
Comprimento visível: 2,90m; largura visível: 1,20m.

A mamoa está danificada pela passagem de máquinas agrícolas apresentando maior concentração de pedras visíveis junto aos esteios.

No entorno deste monumento aparecem cerâmicas de roda e barro, incaracterísticas.

Territórios Megaliticos: Viana do Alentejo - Anta da Vila de Aguiar

A anta da VILA DE AGUIAR (CNS - 2863) ou do ZAMBUJEIRO (CNS - 15217) ou ainda do FERRAGIAL DO AGUIAR (CNS - 12554) é, sem dúvida, das mais famosas uma vez que consegue ter 3 registos diferentes na nossa base de dados nacional (Endovélico).

O monumento apresenta câmara com 7 esteios in situ (um deles fraturado) e muito inclinados para o interior.

O corredor é pouco perceptível, em termos de dimensões, devido á presença de tampas e/ou tampas na área.

De realçar o facto deste monumento apresentar esteios de granito muito irregulares (toscos), facto pouco comum nos monumentos megalíticos alentejanos.

RESUMO

"Localizada numa zona deprimida entre as serras de São Mamede e Ossa, a área da Ribeira Grande apresenta uma importante diversidade em termos geológicos e orográficos – diversidade que se reflecte na morfologia e distribuição dos monumentos megalíticos e nos padrões de assentamento das comunidades que os construíram e utilizaram.

Partindo de situações concretas, analisa-se o fenómeno de «megalitização» da paisagem nesta área, baseada na implantação dos monumentos e na sua relação crono-espacial. Denota-se uma interessante variedade que se reflecte na situação dos monumentos, na sua integração na paisagem e na sua morfologia.

A questão dos espaços de habitat das comunidades megalíticas é igualmente analisada. À aparente concentração de monumentos megalíticos, formando áreas de necrópole, parece que condiz uma ocupação modular do espaço, com um povoamento disperso e de fraca representatividade arqueológica – típica de comunidades com uma super-estrutura económica baseada na pastorícia transumante e agricultura de pequena escala.

Assim, podemos estar perante um cenário em que as comunidades privilegiam a mobilidade, com assentamentos de curto espectro e sem um claro investimento em estruturas habitacionais – o que não foi, contudo, impeditivo para que grandes monumentos fossem construídos."
